DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES：
1. Produce and optimize lentiviral/Retroviral vectors for transgene expression.
2. Optimize CAR-NK culture conditions from peripheral blood-derived NK or iPSC-derived NK cells.
3. Design and conduct in vitro assays to determine CAR-NK phenotypes and cytotoxicity.
4. Assist in the execution of in vivo experiments.
5. Conduct pre-clinical studies on CAR-NK candidates for IND purposes.
JOB REQUIREMENTS：
1. A Master’s degree in cell biology, immunology or related disciplines.
2. Hands-on experience in virus production is desired.
3. Possess knowledge and extensive hands-on experience in cell biology.
